Boomity ships in-stock orders within two business day from the time you place your order with us. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday morning via UPS Next Day Air service, the soonest it will arrive is the following Tuesday. Orders placed after about 12:00 PM Pacific Time will normally ship the following business day. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail.
Boomity will ship to any US location except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, but we do not ship to PO (post office) boxes, APO (military) boxes or FPO (foreign) boxes.
Please note that shipping times are stated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Additionally, Boomity requires two business days to process your order for shipment.
Total delivery time = Order Processing (two business day) + Shipping Time (in business days)
Please note:
- The shipping time shown is the time it takes UPS to deliver the product to you after we process your order.
- Some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed an additional 3 business days.
Return Policy
All sales from Boomity can be returned within a 30-day unless advertised differently for a refund. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the 30-day period and we will replace the defective item for you. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- No walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All products that come with a manufacturers warranty should return the product directly to the manufacturer for such applicable defects. Boomity will glady assist you in this process as best we can, please contact customerservice@boomity.com.
Return Procedures
Please send an email to customerservice@boomity.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

- We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
- Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
